Gascony geese raised in meadows (100 geese per ha), from 7 months (210 days) minimum to 9 months (270 days), fed only with corn and wheat of the property (more than organic) and gavaged by hand with the whole corn of the farm during 25 days minimum. We raise and produce our geese as our Gascon forefathers taught us without any chemical products, taking our time... rock n roll... Adishatz !
